This new Cycleventures trip visits four historically rich countries - Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our first pedal stroke will be leaving Budapest, one of Europe's most beautiful cities, heading north along the Danube. Then it's into the open plains and fertile soils of Western Slovakia, with its vineyards, old towns with deep history and castles seemingly perched on every rocky outcropping. Then we dip into the Czech Republic and the treed and rolling Moravia region where we find architectural treasures from most periods of history and a deep Jewish past. Finally we pedal into Poland's crown jewel, the well preserved, historically rich, Krakow.
